Shoichiro Sakuma, the president of Mail Order Angel has catchy ads on the TV and radio. He appears with his wife where he takes the call from kidnappers and says he doesn’t have five million, only three million is the best he can do. He turns to witness Omi after he reacts in the room.
Calling again, this time saying he has the money, he doesn’t care if he loses his house or if his company goes bankrupt, so long as Shota will be safe. Shota is freed anyway by Weiss who deal with the serial child kidnappers who took him.
